At this point I hadn't even seen a surprise proposal let alone one that was at the Greenbrier Hotel! So I absolutely had to grab the opportunity and make it happen. They were more than excited when they realized I was recording the entire time especially Jess, the fiance, who was the most surprised of anyone obviously.   I'm looking forward to doing more video of surprise proposals anywhere and everywhere that I can, this was such a fun shoot.

Trey Bryan, an incredibly talented Live Event Artist, is seen here performing a live painting at an event at The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs WV. It was a great experience not only to film this but to be a part of the event and to get to see this painting evolve throughout the night.

This surprise wedding was one for the books! Michelle and Ryan gathered their closest friends and family for what they described as an "engagement party". Surrounded by the ones they love, Michelle's sister revealed that this was no ordinary engagement party. Michelle and Ryan had invited each of them there to share in their WEDDING DAY!!!

This was such a special day for so many reasons. We had been running around all day filming and taking photos at The Strawberry Festival in Alderson WV. Our friends Trey and Diana had booked us for their wedding almost a year prior for that same day. So we had a long day ahead of us.

This was a really fun shoot. It was coming off the heels of the huge Alderson video that I had been filming for months! It was really easy going and I had great interactions with the people here.

This is the old Victorian inn, yet another amazingly restored 1800s home that has been turned into a bed and breakfast hotel.

Fruits of Labor is a cafe/restaurant that prides itself on not only serving great food but serving up a great support system by hiring people who have struggled with substance abuse.
